Merry Xmas!

Happy happy xmas! I left Seattle late Friday night after my flight was delayed to remove a passenger and her bags. It was actually really funny. A little twenty something rich kid was running around in her fur coat and boutique shopping bags, running into people, dropping her cell phone, and saying fuck. She was harmless (in a Legally Blonde sort of way), but the pilot wasn't amused and kicked her off the plane. So, with the drama behind me, I kicked back with a beer and flicked on Hawksley Workman's Almost A Full Moon to get in the mood.

I woke up the next morning to a winter storm. It was going to be a *sweet* pow day on the mountain, but when we got there it was so foggy and snowy at the top of Big White that the steep terrain was virtually unskiable. You kinda had to go by feel, which was a bit scary.

Nicholas got me this really awesome fridge magnet. I love it.

Nicholas and I spent the afternoon constructing a snow family consisting of a fat grandaddy snowman, a little kid snowman, and a Rudolph snow reindeer. Cute, huh?
