In this case a big, stinky, fried mess of a turd. I will have to say that, pre-baked, the crust looked fantastic, and the lemon infused sugary-ness was delightful. I personally lay all blame on the lackadaisical landlord who provided you with a less-than luxury oven. Oh, and SherryL and Margot can kiss my apron!
