Toronto was less of a bender and more of a relaxing vacation with the cool kids. Mostly we drank beer, shopped for underwear, and ate good food.
We had a couple nights out on Church where we encountered a lot of boys named Rob (One of whom bought me a Rev. I politely sipped it for a while and then left it on the bar -- who actually drinks those noxious things?!). One evening we had a lovely time getting sweaty at Sweaty Betty's on Queen West. Another night was the "Amateur Legs Competition" at Woody's with some tragic exhibitions. Clearly, hot Toronto doesn't hang out at Woody's anymore (or did they ever? I wasn't ever a regular there...).
Flying back to Seattle to go back to work was rather disappointing. I'm kinda longing for a return to a big Canadian city. Lots of old feelings about R too after we met up for dinner. I'll be back in Toronto in a couple months though to see my little brother. Yay I can't wait.
