Does anyone get this?

Stupid fridge-human interface

I pulled my water filter out of my refrigerator and it was frozen solid, so I tried to adjust the temperature. I don't get it though. Am I slow? I don't understand why there are two dials. Is one for the freezer and one for the refrigerator? My best guess is that I have to match them both up to some magical combination in order to achieve the correct temperature. How ridiculous.

    That's messed up. I want to crawl inside a fridge right now. It's too hot so keep yours nice and cold, I might come sleep in it.
