My house has been pretty messy lately. I blame it mostly on being stupid busy, but that's such a lame excuse for living in squalor. See:
So tonight I made myself a nice dinner and then I baked some delicious cookies. Following my brother's blog, I took a picture of my baking:
My laundry has been piling up for a couple weeks, I haven't cooked a meal for myself in probably 2 weeks, and my kitchen still has empty bottles lying around from a party I had at my place a week ago. Yeah, it's kinda gross.
Stuff has been crazy at work lately. I began rolling out a project last week and I've had a few sleepless nights as a result. Ugh. The warm cookies are helping.

Mmmmm, I followed your lead and made cookies too. I was heart broken when I realized we were out of milk and I could barley eat a dozen fresh cookies without it!
