Happy Happy

Happy xmas to everyone! Santa Jeremy arrived back in Canada this evening bearing gifts and merriment.

Ryan is off to Africa again in the new year so that’s pretty exciting. What’s with that boy and Africa? One year he decides to live in the second most dangerous city in the world, now he wants to go to landmine and Ebola infested Angola (actually, I think it was Marburg virus, right?). Oh well, I think it will be pretty exciting for him. I’m sure he won’t catch Ebola. Besides, I’ve always wanted to see a picture of him riding on top of a hippo.

I flew to Kelowna this evening from Seattle on lovely Horizon Air. I hate flying on those little turboprop planes. It’s so noisy and bumpy - at one point during the descent, I actually thought I would vomit. I seriously started looking in the seat pocket for the little puke baggy, but thankfully, I contained myself. The dude beside me would not have been impressed.
